Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase our products or services.

Certain Witch of Amerika programs may have additional eligibility requirements that will be disclosed on the applicable registration, application, or sales page.

Programs & Services

The specific features, duration, access period, live components, community access, support, materials, pricing, and other details of an offering will be described on its applicable sales or registration page.

We may make reasonable modifications to program schedules, curriculum, instructors, platforms, technology, or delivery methods when necessary to operate or improve an offering.

Payments

By purchasing a paid offering, you agree to pay the price and any applicable taxes presented at checkout.

If you select a payment plan, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge each installment according to the payment schedule disclosed at checkout.

A payment plan represents a commitment to pay the full purchase price and is not a subscription that can automatically be canceled simply by discontinuing participation unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise.

Failure to participate, attend calls, access materials, or use purchased services does not automatically eliminate an outstanding payment obligation.

Refunds & Cancellations

Unless a specific sales page, checkout page, or written agreement expressly states otherwise, purchases of digital products, programs, memberships, coaching, masterclasses, and other Witch of Amerika offerings are subject to the refund and cancellation terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

Because many offerings provide immediate access to digital intellectual property, community spaces, live experiences, or proprietary materials, certain purchases may be final and non-refundable where permitted by law.

Any offer-specific refund, cancellation, or membership termination policy presented at checkout or on the applicable sales page forms part of these Terms and controls with respect to that offering.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all Witch of Amerika materials are owned by or licensed to Witch of Amerika and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes, without limitation, written content, videos, recordings, trainings, frameworks, methodologies, exercises, rituals, guided practices, course materials, graphics, branding, program names, downloads, worksheets, presentations, and other proprietary materials.

Purchasing or accessing an offering gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own personal use.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, publish, teach, upload, share, commercially exploit, or create derivative commercial products from Witch of Amerika materials without prior written permission.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Recordings & Community Content

Certain live calls, trainings, workshops, or events may be recorded.

When recordings include participant interaction, reasonable notice will be provided. By voluntarily participating after receiving notice, you acknowledge that your contributions may appear in recordings made available to eligible program participants.

We will not intentionally use a participant's personal story, image, testimonial, or identifiable contribution for public promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

Community Conduct

Witch of Amerika programs are intended to create spaces for meaningful personal and professional exploration.

Participants agree to interact respectfully and refrain from harassment, threats, discrimination, unauthorized solicitation, doxxing, intentionally harmful behavior, or unauthorized distribution of another participant's confidential or personal information.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to a community or program when reasonably necessary to protect participants, our team, our intellectual property, or the integrity of the space.

Serious violations may result in removal without refund where permitted by law and consistent with the applicable offer terms.

Personal Responsibility

Our programs and content are designed to provide education, personal development, creative exploration, spiritual exploration, business education, community, and related resources.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, business activities, finances, relationships, health, safety, and results.

Participation does not create a therapist-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, financial adviser-client, or other licensed professional relationship.

Spiritual & Personal Development Content

Witch of Amerika may discuss spirituality, witchcraft, ritual, astrology, archetypes, embodiment, personal transformation, identity, relationships, intuition, energetic practices, and related subjects.

These teachings represent educational, spiritual, philosophical, creative, and personal-development perspectives.

They are not substitutes for individualized medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other licensed professional services.

You are responsible for determining what practices are appropriate for you and for seeking qualified professional support when needed.

Business & Financial Results

Witch of Amerika may provide education related to personal branding, business, entrepreneurship, visibility, marketing, content, money, wealth, influence, leadership, or other professional subjects.

We do not guarantee any specific financial, business, audience, publicity, sales, media, follower, client, or other result.

Examples, testimonials, case studies, or discussions of results are illustrative and do not guarantee that another participant will achieve identical outcomes.

Your results depend on numerous factors, including your decisions, implementation, experience, market, audience, circumstances, and effort.

Narcissistic or Emotional Abuse Content

Witch of Amerika may publish educational or personal-development content discussing emotionally or psychologically abusive relationships, coercive dynamics, narcissistic traits or abuse, recovery, rebuilding, identity reclamation, and personal sovereignty.

This content is educational and based on the scope identified in the relevant offering. It is not a substitute for individualized mental-health treatment, diagnosis, legal advice, domestic-violence advocacy, emergency assistance, or other professional services.

References to “narcissistic abuse” or similar terminology in our educational content do not constitute a clinical diagnosis of any specific person.

SMS Terms & Conditions

By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and checking the applicable SMS consent box on our registration forms, you consent to receive text messages from Witch of Amerika relating to the communications described at the point of opt-in.

These messages may include registration confirmations, masterclass or event reminders, program updates, and related communications.

• Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive applicable SMS messages unless you subsequently provide consent again.

• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Mobile information and SMS consent information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Email Communications

By providing your email address and consenting where required, you may receive communications from Witch of Amerika.

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe mechanism. You may continue to receive transactional or administrative communications necessary to fulfill registrations, purchases, memberships, or other requested services.

Testimonials & User Content

If you voluntarily submit a testimonial, review, photograph, video, success story, or other content for promotional use, we will obtain the permission reasonably required before publicly using identifiable content for marketing purposes.

Any permission granted will be governed by the terms presented when the content is submitted or by a separate written release.

Third-Party Platforms

We may use third-party services to operate portions of our business, including payment processors, website providers, communication platforms, community platforms, video conferencing providers, email providers, SMS providers, and social media platforms.

We are not responsible for outages, policies, security practices, or actions of independent third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.

Termination does not automatically eliminate outstanding payment obligations unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Witch of Amerika and its owners, team members, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, programs, materials, communities, or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Witch of Amerika and its owners, team members, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of our services, your infringement of another party's rights, or your material violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our website and services after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law
